Refund Policy:
No Refunds for Completed Services: Due to the nature of our consulting services, we do not offer refunds for services that have been fully rendered.
Partial Refunds: If you are dissatisfied with a portion of the service provided, you may request a partial refund. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, considering the scope of services already delivered.
Advance Payments: For services paid in advance, refunds may be issued for the unused portion of the service if the client terminates the agreement before completion, subject to a deduction for work already performed.
Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the service delivery date. Requests should include a detailed explanation of the dissatisfaction and any supporting documentation.
Internal Resolution: I encourage clients to contact me directly to resolve any issues. I am committed to addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Mediation: If a resolution cannot be reached internally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Mediation will be conducted by a neutral third party agreed upon by both parties.
Governing Law: This policy and any disputes arising from our services will be governed by the laws of Texas.
I understand that circumstances can change. My cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our consulting team.
Notice of Cancellation: Clients must provide written notice of cancellation at least 14 days prior to the scheduled start date of services. This allows me to adjust our schedules and allocate resources accordingly.
Ongoing Contracts: For ongoing consulting agreements, clients may terminate the contract with 30 days' written notice. Services rendered during the notice period will be billed accordingly. Refunds will be issued for the portion of prepaid services not rendered.
Force Majeure: No cancellation fees will be charged if the cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the client’s control, such as natural disasters, illness, or emergencies, provided sufficient documentation is provided
